As the Foundation Operations Coordinator, Mason brings a wealth of experience, and a diverse skill set to the role. With a Master’s degree in Education Leadership from Eastern Washington University and Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from the University of Washington, he combines a strong educational background with hands-on experience in the public education, having served as both a teacher and an administrator prior to joining the foundation. His expertise in serving the Anacortes community has been instrumental in streamlining processes and enhancing the efficiency of the foundation’s activities.

Beyond the professional sphere, Mason prioritizes spending time with family, friends, and his dogs. Whether it’s nature walks, sports competitions, eating delicious food, or exploring new landscapes, he relishes every opportunity to connect with the local community.
